Victim Support help anyone affected by crime – the victim, friends and family or others involved. You can get help at anytime regardless of when the crime took place. Victim Support help you to:

Derbyshire Victim Services have provided information on different types of crime and organizations that can support the victim.

Safer Derbyshire has information about domestic abuse, legislation and priority areas. They take into account national and local priorities as well as feedback from local communities.

Remedi offer victims of crime the opportunity to engage in a restorative intervention with the person responsible. Remedi take a proactive and flexible approach to providing support for victims of crime and anti-social behavior.

SV2 are a charity commissioned by Derbyshire Constabulary to provide support from Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs). They provide a range of therapy services for adults and children. Their aims are to reduce the impact of rape and sexual abuse on victims (all genders) and their families; encourage reporting of rape and sexual abuse; support victims through the legal process and; reducing the incidence of rape and sexual abuse by raising awareness.

NHS Derbyshire provide talking therapies and other mental health services. The aim is to improve health and wellbeing.

Derbyshire Mind provide a range of advocacy and community mental wellbeing services designed to support people with mental health problems as well as the wider population. They also list other organizations that offer mental health services.
